Description

Weather Wizard is a Flash villain and core member of the Rogues with the power to manipulate weather on a massive scale. Created by writer John Broome and artist Carmine Infantino, he first appeared in The Flash #110 in 1959. His abilities include generating blizzards, lightning, tornadoes, and fog, originally channeled through a wand his scientist brother developed. In the New 52 continuity, the character is Marco Mardon, a crime lord who claimed his brother's technology and became a persistent and powerful enemy of the Flash.
