Crisis on Infinite Earths

Published from 1985 to 1986, Crisis on Infinite Earths was a 12-issue crossover event by DC Comics, written by Marv Wolfman with art by George Pérez. The series was designed to streamline the DC Universe, which had become convoluted due to numerous alternate realities. The story follows the Anti-Monitor, who seeks to destroy all positive matter universes, and the Monitor, who assembles heroes from across the multiverse to stop him.
