The Prankster convinces candy mogul Sweetooth to build an amusement park made entirely of inferior candy - with plans to open a rival 'Goodytown' stocked with good product. When Superman foils the scheme and destroys Candytown, it turns out the Prankster himself was the real victim, having been swindled by con man Wolfingham.
