Description
Matt Fraction and Jorge Jiménez open their second story with the return of the Joker. A patient held in Room Ten of Arkham Towers summons Batman for a meeting he does not expect.
The man waiting there is known to Gotham as the Dark Knight's oldest enemy, though some call him something closer to a friend. Dr. Annika Zeller oversees his treatment and holds the means to end it at any moment.
Tomeu Morey colors the issue and Clayton Cowles letters it.
