Batman (2025)

Matt Fraction and artist Jorge Jiménez launch a new Batman ongoing in 2025, the fourth time DC has reset the title to issue one. The regular series debuted October 15, 2025, following a separate Giant Sized Special Edition preview released September 3. The series is part of DC's All In initiative.

Batman returns to a blue and gray color scheme with a redesigned Batmobile and a reimagined Gotham cityscape by Jiménez. Bruce operates from Pennyworth Manor with an Alfred AI providing support. Jim Gordon is back on the streets as a beat cop.

Fraction and Jiménez structure the run as connected but self-contained stories. Early villains include the Riddler seeking a cure for his compulsions, a mentally regressed Killer Croc, and a new figure called the Minotaur working to unify Gotham's crime families.

Tomeu Morey provides colors and Clayton Cowles letters the series.
