Description
Aquaman is trapped by an underwater landslide and rescued by Dr. Starbuck, who then declares war on the surface world. In Aquaman's absence, his infant son is crowned king of Atlantis, while Mera entrusts Dr. Starbuck with regent powers amid rising tensions between Atlantis and the surface.
