Description
A 48 page one-shot following the Justice League's amnesty program, which gave a set of villains the chance to prove they had changed sides. The offer left a gap in the criminal world that someone intends to fill.
Batman and Lex Luthor are pushed into an uneasy partnership to look into a Justice League foe exploiting that gap. The visions of the future glimpsed at the close of DC K.O. are part of what the culprit is trying to weaponize.
