The Menace of the Giant Birds
Description
Fresh out of prison, the Penguin swears he has reformed and opens a bird sanctuary. Batman doesn't buy it and tails him across Gotham. At each stop the Penguin returns loot he once stole rather than taking anything new, leaving the Dynamic Duo to puzzle out his real game.
