Description
An explosion drives a sliver of strange metal into a wanted criminal's skull, leaving it charged with a magnetism that turns any nearby metal deadly to him. Forced to avoid every blade, coin and gun, the crook returns to his rackets. Batman and Robin move to bring him in.
