Description
Empress Nira of the Night Isles has always been drawn to adventure over administration, preferring a blade to the duties of ruling a vampire kingdom. When a coup strips her of power, she escapes by stowing away aboard the VMS Abyss, a pirate ship commanded by the mysterious Captain Akeyo.
To reclaim what was taken from her, Nira must work her way up through the ranks of the Vampyrates from the lowest rung, in a world shrouded beneath a thousand-year eclipse.
