Description
Spider-Man catches a man falling from a building and finds he is holding Mortimer Toynbee, the former Brotherhood of Evil Mutants member known as the Toad. Toad does not want sympathy, he wants a job as Spider-Man's partner, and no is not an answer he accepts. He pays thugs to stage an attack he can save Spider-Man from, which brings Frog-Man and the Spider-Kid running to compete for the same job.
