Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars is a twelve-issue miniseries published by Marvel from 1984 to 1985. Earth's greatest heroes and villains are abducted by the Beyonder to a Battleworld and forced to fight for the chance to have their deepest desires granted.
The ensemble includes Spider-Man, the Avengers, the X-Men, and the Fantastic Four, who confront Doctor Doom, Ultron, Doctor Octopus, and other foes. The event helped define the contemporary Marvel crossover formula.
