Marvel's premier superhero team title, launched in 1963 with Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Ant-Man, and Wasp, and joined by Captain America in issue #4. It ran 402 issues before Heroes Reborn, with runs by Roy Thomas, Jim Shooter, and Roger Stern.
