From 1988 to 1989 Marvel repackaged the first twenty issues of The 'Nam as ten magazine-sized black-and-white editions. Doug Murray's ground-level Vietnam War stories, drawn largely by Michael Golden, run two per issue, joined by glossaries of soldier slang and short historical features on the units and campaigns behind the fiction. A grunt's-eye war in a larger format.
