Rob Connors gains the power to fire blasts of photonic energy and fly at supersonic speed after a freak accident, but the truth behind his abilities runs far stranger than he suspects. Created by Mark Waid and Tom Lyle, the Impact Comics series puts a classic superhero origin in a dark and conspiratorial framework.
