Anders And & Co. (1949)
Anders And & Co. is the Danish weekly Disney comics magazine, first published in March 1949 by Gutenberghus, the company later known as Egmont. The launch followed a postwar licensing agreement with Walt Disney Productions covering Scandinavian comics.
The magazine appeared monthly at first, moved to a bi-weekly schedule in 1956, and became weekly in 1958. Each issue collects stories built around Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse, Scrooge McDuck, and the broader Disney cast, with Danish-produced material added from the early 1960s.
It remains one of Denmark's most popular comics publications.
