Description
DC x Sonic the Hedgehog: Metal Legion is a five-issue miniseries reuniting the Justice League with Sonic the Hedgehog and his friends. Mysterious mechanical rings reappear across both universes, drawing the two casts back together for what looks like a joyful reunion. Writer Ian Flynn and artist Adam Bryce Thomas reveal a darker purpose behind the rings.
The Legion of Doom is secretly pulling the strings, and Lex Luthor recruits Dr. Eggman as its newest member. The combined villains set their sights on both worlds at once, pitting Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and Aquaman alongside the Justice League against Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy Rose, and the rest of his friends. It picks up two years after the universes first collided in DC x Sonic the Hedgehog (2025).
