Description

A 1999 Flash storyline by Mark Waid and Brian Augustyn spanning issues #145-150. Wally West travels through time to gather speedsters from different eras to stop Cobalt Blue, ancestor of the villainous Thawne family, from destroying the Flash legacy. The arc celebrates Flash history with appearances by multiple generations of speedsters.
