The Trial of Peter Parker, Part 3 of 4: The Face of Kaine
IssueDescription
With Judas Traveller presiding as judge and Carnage serving as prosecutor, the bizarre trial of Peter Parker reaches a turning point when Spider-Man compels Kaine to take the stand. Kaine confesses to the murders Peter was accused of, burning a handprint into the courtroom table with his Mark of Kaine as undeniable physical evidence. He then removes his mask to reveal the scarred face of Peter Parker underneath, and explains that he is Miles Warren's first and most flawed clone attempt, still degrading from the same genetic degeneration that has haunted all of Warren's work. Written by Howard Mackie, art by Tom Lyle.
