Inside the Jackal's Brooklyn factory, the same building where Ben Reilly's body was disposed of years earlier, the Scarlet Spider is swarmed by a growing army of spider-clones with no way out. Back at the Parkers' brownstone, Mary Jane persuades a reluctant Kaine to go help Ben, and Kaine arrives at the factory just as the situation becomes untenable.
