Description
The arc concludes as Spider-Man tracks down and destroys the transmitters broadcasting Mysterio's subliminal signals through Mystery-Vision, a cable network whose inexplicable ratings surge was powered by Professor Ramirez's Digital Imagery Transmission technology. When Mysterio's own stray blast accidentally damages the subliminal channel, the effect lifts and viewers watching with clear minds realize the programming is simply bad television, abandoning it in droves. Utterly defeated, Mysterio is webbed up and handed over. Written by Howard Mackie, art by John Romita Jr.
