Scott Snyder and John Romita Jr. follow a man who has been documenting the Dark Knight for a very long time and now has something to say about that legacy. Nick Derington writes and draws two gangs whose struggle over the city runs back further than Gotham itself.
Elsa Charretier and Pierrick Colinet make their DC writing debut with a piece of psychological horror. John Arcudi and James Harren take on Clayface, and Brandon Thomas with Khary Randolph look at a poor neighborhood being worked over by the Mad Hatter. Cover by Jason Fabok.
