Description
Symkaria and the United States are close to war over a framed assassination, and a captured ULTIMATUM operative claims the next target is Symkaria's ambassador. Spider-Man is refused Defense Department clearance for the protection detail because he will not unmask, even with Captain America and Silver Sable backing him.
Broke and humiliated, he is talked into going to Washington anyway by Mary Jane. He breaks into the Pentagon to argue that the prisoner confessed far too easily and the ambassador is a decoy, then springs the man loose and tails him with a spider tracer.
