The threat to May pushes Peter into a strange truce, with Brock swearing he would never hurt her and Peter shaking on it. He tries to get Mary Jane out of town, but the Caesar lawsuit has drained her money and the soap will not release her. Styx and Stone are watching the sewer route down to the lair.
