Power Prey
Sebastian Shaw has three prototype Sentinels at Shaw Industries and wants Spider-Man dealt with before a cosmically powered hero can threaten his work. His researchers trace the new abilities back to Doctor Max Lubisch's energy experiments at Empire State University, and Shaw blackmails Lubisch into rebuilding the machine as a weapon that strips power away.
Peter cannot think about anything except where the power came from, and he suits up to clear his head. Graviton has learned he survived their last fight and wants another. Loki, still smarting, fuses Shaw's Sentinels into a single machine and aims it at a nuclear plant on Long Island.
