Spectrumonster

Mr. Parker was an employee of Stagg enterprises who turned spy for Kobra. He later volunteered to be experimented on to get money for his young daughter. He was transformed into Spectrumonster, a being of coherent light. He was a member of Strike Force Kobra and an enemy of Halo and the Outsiders.
