Description

A reporter with Central City Science Today who caught the eye of Eobard Thawne, the Reverse-Flash. When he learnt she was taken, he altered time so that all her boyfriends died in tragic accidents. When she rejected him, he altered time so that she'd been struck mute when she was five and left incapable of becoming a reporter.
