Raphael
CharacterDescription
Raphael is one of the four Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, mutated and trained in ninjutsu by the rat sensei Splinter in the sewers of New York City. He wears a red mask and wields twin sai as his signature weapons. The most aggressive and impulsive of his brothers, Raphael acts on instinct and frequently clashes with the more disciplined Leonardo. His volatile nature masks a fierce loyalty to his family and makes him the group's most relentless fighter. He was co-created by Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird and first appeared in 1984.
