Kira is one of a group of three friends, fans of Power Girl, who went to see her at a public appearance she made. In a line of other girls, all dressed like Power Girl, the alien Rana chose that moment to confront Power Girl. Kira, and her two friends, Marnie and Margot, helped Power Girl defeat Rana.
