Description

Ball Boy is the captain and striker of a struggling youth football team and the title character of the Ball Boy strip in The Beano, the long-running British anthology comic. Debuting in issue 1,735 dated October 1975, the strip follows Ball Boy and his side through comical sporting misadventures. Despite the team's persistent inability to win, Ball Boy remains undeterred, and the strip became one of The Beano's longest-running features.
