In Rat City, Al prepares for a long-anticipated reunion with Wanda, only to find his face has reverted to its burned state, sending him into a spiral of rage and grief. When he turns to Terry to continue their campaign against Wynn, he finds his friend unwilling to go further. Across town, Wanda grows uneasy when young Cyan suddenly lashes out in an unexplained burst of anger.
