The W Group is an American multinational holding company founded by Nerio Winch, headquartered in New York. All shares in the American holding company are held by the Zukunft Anstalt, headquartered in Liechtenstein. The ten bearer shares constituting this Anstalt are kept in a safe owned by Largo Winch in a Swiss bank. This arrangement is intended to protect Largo from the American fisk.
