Vita Ayala
Biography
Vita Ayala is a comic book writer from New York who has worked for Marvel, DC, and small-press publishers. They are best known for an X-Men run on New Mutants with artist Rod Reis, along with Children of the Atom and Wonder Woman. Their creator-owned books include The Wilds, Submerged, and Finders Keepers, stories that often center queer and BIPOC characters. Ayala's work moves between superhero comics and personal, genre-driven indie titles.
