Biography
Mike Wolfer is an American comic book writer and artist who trained at the Joe Kubert School before self-publishing the horror series Widow in 1992. He became a key contributor to Avatar Press, writing and illustrating adaptations of Night of the Living Dead and Friday the 13th, as well as Warren Ellis's Gravel and Garth Ennis's Stitched. He has also written Lady Death for Boundless Comics and later founded his own imprint for independent horror publishing.
