Biography

Mike Carey is a British comic book writer and novelist. He wrote Lucifer, a Sandman spinoff, and had an extended run on Hellblazer, both at DC's Vertigo imprint.

He co-created The Unwritten with artist Peter Gross. At Marvel, he wrote X-Men and Ultimate Fantastic Four. Carey has also written supernatural thriller novels including The Girl with All the Gifts under the name M.R. Carey.
