Description
This series centers on Kate Spencer, a federal prosecutor who becomes the latest Manhunter. Driven by frustration with super-powered criminals escaping justice, she takes on a vigilante role. Spencer uses impounded technology to pursue a more ruthless form of justice. This iteration offers a distinctly darker and more pragmatic hero.
