Description

A 1994 Flash storyline in issues #88-90 by Mark Waid. Wally West pushes the limits of the Speed Force as he races to be everywhere at once, testing just how fast the Fastest Man Alive can truly go. The arc explored the philosophical implications of super-speed during Waid's celebrated run on the title.
