Description

Gotham criminals compete in a contest of the most outlandish robberies — with cosplay disguises, rigged vote-stealing, and one contestant's scheme to impersonate Batman himself. Batman infiltrates the contest undercover as a crook disguised as Batman. Jiro Kuwata, Shōnen Gahō (1966–67).
