Mikiya Mochizuki
Biography
Mikiya Mochizuki was a Japanese manga artist who debuted in 1960 and built his reputation with action and adventure stories. His signature work, Wild 7, a motorcycle police action manga serialized in Weekly Shonen King from 1969 to 1979, sold over 8 million volumes across 48 collected books. Earlier in his career he worked as an assistant at Tatsunoko Production. He passed away in April 2016.
