King of Texas: Part One

The final arc begins as Sandor, Jesse, and their companions cross into the oil fields of Texas, where violent factions have declared themselves kings of the region. The collapse of federal authority after the Wake left room for brutal hierarchies to form, and the Texas kings represent some of the most extreme expressions of what that collapse produced. The group arrives on unfamiliar ground where the rules belong entirely to someone else.
