Description
Chris Robinson publicly announces he is retiring the Star identity for good. Inside the Vicious Circle, Horde seizes control of the organization, a power shift that drives Powerhouse to quit the team entirely. Meanwhile, Dragon makes an unexpected discovery — he can suddenly speak multiple languages — but has little time to dwell on it when Vicious Circle agents Dung, Chaos, and Control ambush him at home.
