Action Comics

Action Comics is the series where Superman made his historic debut in 1938, launching the superhero genre. First published in 1938, this anthology series initially featured various action and adventure stories before becoming primarily focused on Superman. Action Comics #1 is one of the most valuable comic books in existence and represents the birth of the modern superhero. The series continues to this day as a flagship Superman title.
