Description
Aquaman and Aqualad encounter the mischievous water sprite Quisp, who leads them on a chase across the ocean. They soon discover that Quisp's twin brother, Quink, is involved in a scheme with pirate Captain Slade to hijack ships, forcing the heroes and the sprites into an uneasy alliance to stop the threat.
