Description
A bizarre Washington D.C. crime spree is traced to asylum inmates who believe themselves to be Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, and other historical figures, recruited by a corrupt guard. Batman and Robin travel to the capital to untangle the peculiar wave of crimes.
