Superman vs. Pranskster in The Man Who Robbed the Mint
Description
The Prankster devises a formula that strips the green ink from paper bills, reducing them to worthless blank paper. He then convinces the public to turn over their 'ruined' money, planning to restore the dye and pocket a fortune in banknotes - until Superman catches on to the scheme.
