Superman, Indian Chief
Description
A schemer produces paperwork claiming a 1644 land sale was invalid, making him the legal owner of all Metropolis. Superman travels back to 1644, becomes chief of the tribe, and sells the land himself - returning to the present as the rightful deed holder of the entire city.
