Here Comes Captain Boomerang! / The Mad-cap Inventors of Central City!

The debut of George Harkness, an Australian stuntman hired by a toy company to promote its boomerang line under the stage name Captain Boomerang. Harkness quickly decides his trick boomerangs are more useful as criminal tools and turns to robbery, clashing with the Flash when his scheme draws unwanted attention in Central City. The character went on to become one of the most recognizable members of the Rogues Gallery, later appearing prominently on the Suicide Squad. Written by Gardner Fox, art by Carmine Infantino.
