Year One Hundred depicts a bleak dystopia where humans, mutants, and machine intelligences wage an existential war. Year One Thousand peers far ahead to a cosmos transformed beyond recognition. Told in a non-linear structure that gradually reveals how each era connects, the series recontextualized decades of X-Men continuity and, together with House of X, launched the Krakoa era that reshaped the franchise for years to come.
