"Black Jack" Irezumi no Otoko

A yakuza boss with an elaborate full-body tattoo he prizes above all else needs pancreatic surgery. He summons Black Jack and demands the operation be performed without touching the tattoo—a near-impossible constraint that forces a solution even more extreme than the disease.
