"Black Jack" Tōjiba no Futari

At a hot spring town, Black Jack and a rival acupuncture therapist both happen to visit the same old blacksmith to have their tools sharpened. The blacksmith collapses from a heart attack in front of them, and the two must treat him by their competing methods.
